The Horizons Network is a community made up of students, families, teachers, volunteers, and alumni. Long-lasting relationships with peers, teachers, and caring adults surround Horizons students as they grow and mature through the program, returning year after year to an encouraging learning environment.

Now the Senior Vice President for Real Estate and Property Management for the YMCA of Greater New York, Joe is the co-founder and co-Chair of the Board of Horizons Brooklyn, and a former Horizons National Board member.
