Nicole currently leads strategy and operations for the Horizons National Development team - working to streamline department processes, diversify fundraising strategies and campaigns, and manages the department's database. She serves as the organization’s lead Salesforce Admin and supports many functions within marketing/communications, finance, and operations. 

Her prior roles at Horizons National range from Continuous Improvement - leading the effort to affect systems-level changes and improve organization efficiencies through various projects, Finance and Data Operations, and Human Resources. Nicole has an extensive background in both business and the not-for-profit field, having worked with various communities and demographics. Nicole earned a B.A. in Business with a double minor in Sociology/Anthropology and Music from Manhattanville College and an M.B.A., concentrating in Human Resources, from Fairfield University.
