Yulia Levadnaya is a Manager, Finance and Operations at Horizons National, where she works with staff, affiliates and vendors on all accounting functions across the organization.

Yulia has over a decade of experience in operations and finance. She spent 11 years at The AnyLogic Company, a global simulation software firm, where she helped grow the business from a small startup to a well-established company. As Operations Manager and Controller, she led system implementations, improved internal processes, supported international teams, and managed global accounting and tax compliance.

Yulia enjoys finding practical solutions to complex problems and helping teams work more efficiently and collaboratively.
