Nicole leads Horizons National’s Continuous Improvement efforts, helping to affect systems-level changes and improve organization efficiencies. She serves as the organization’s lead Salesforce Admin and supports many functions within finance and operations. Nicole has an extensive background in both business and the not-for-profit field, having worked with various communities and demographics. Nicole earned a B.A. in Business with a double minor in Sociology/Anthropology and Music from Manhattanville College and an M.B.A., concentrating in Human Resources, from Fairfield University.
