Summer is on the Horizon!

It's our favorite time of year: the beginning of another wonderful Horizons summer! After an incredibly successful Horizons Giving Day, Horizons National and our 70+ sites nationwide are ready for 6 weeks of summer learning, laughter, and love.
Our 9th annual Horizons Giving Day broke records! Over $1.6 million was raised across the Horizons Network, helping Horizons programs fund essential summer needs like swimming lessons, transportation, meals, and field trips. At Horizons National, we raised more than $140k - and every dollar will be used to help Horizons expand to reach more students.
The Horizons Network is constantly growing, and we welcome new students, families, and communities every year. In 2023, we are thrilled to welcome 3 new sites for their first Horizons summer:
- St Catherine - St. Lucy School in Chicago, IL -- a brand new partnership in the Chicago region
- Tower Hill School in Wilmington, DE -- our first program in Delaware
- The Temple in Atlanta, GA -- the 11th site in the Horizons Atlanta region, which now serves over 1,000 students in metro Atlanta
Each of these new sites will start with at least one class of kindergarten students, and will add a grade level each year as students mature. Eventually, the sites will support students in kindergarten through 8th grade or high school.
We can’t wait for the opportunity for students to learn, grow and achieve their goals with The Temple and Horizons. We are so grateful to be able to offer this program to our community.
