Horizons Greater Washington (HGW) seeks a dedicated and effective candidate with experience working with youth and families for the role of Manager of Engagement. The Manager of Engagement will oversee the recruitment and enrollment processes for Horizons Greater Washington's Summer and Saturday Academies, manage alumni programming, and ensure effective roster management throughout the year. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and a passion for educational equity and community engagement and will manage a part-time student recruiter.
