Currently, 13 vibrant Horizons Affiliates serve more than 1,500 students across the country.
Each Horizons program operates independently in partnership with its host school and bears the responsibility of forming its own board, selecting students and faculty, and undertaking local fundraising. Each affiliate signs a Memorandum of Understanding and agrees to a set of governing principles.
Affiliate Directors are in close contact with the National office during the year and attend annual meetings in the fall and spring to share ideas and best practices. The National office also provides affiliates with technical assistance, seed money, matching funds, and assessment tools for ongoing program evaluation.

Horizons Affiliates bring the program to life at the community level while the National organization provides support services, professional development, teacher training and program expansion.
